The AVI: Making our unconscious values conscious

Our flagship product is the AVI (A Values Inventory). The AVI is specifically designed to discover unconscious priority values:
Some people believe they can just select value names from a list in order to identify their priority values. This process does work in a fashion, however, the values identified are only one's conscious values.
Our unconscious values are our primary motivators. These are the values the AVI is specifically designed to make conscious. The AVI requires you to undertake a forced choice process as this is the only effective way to elicit unconscious values.
