Typos

If you find any typos in the online AVI reports please add them to this Blog and select the "Typo" label for your post. Here are a couple to start it off:

  1. "I noticed on BP Map for ... in the People Servant box the 2nd paragraph starts with "you" instead of "your"
  2. "On World Views Map (Table) in LAM workbook the leadership style of Self-Actualisation/Service world view has incorrect spelling, "Liaise Faire" instead of "Laissez-Faire"

AVI Functionality

Two Suggestions:

I propose we provide an addendum in the AVI Inventory explaining people may observe different spelling of particular words and why.

We correct the Optimal Performance Model so that the arrows are correctly positioned or will print correctly, if that is the problem. Perhaps this has already been corrected & I just don't have a copy????
As they currently exist, the arrow does not always originate in the center of the Venn Diagram.

Re Latest Online AVI

Rona Lynn Fitzpatrick asks," Is there an error on page 10 WVM where it states that, 'The gold shading highlights your focus values. Your foundation values are those shown above the gold shading. Your vision values are those highlighted with the gold shading.' Should this last sentence read below the shading?" Your right Rona Lynn, this typo has now been fixed.
